1. Ask for a new password by clicking on the “Forgot password” just below where you enter your password. You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address to reset password. 

IMPORTANT: use the email address which is associated with this membership area. For example, if you bought the license using your Paypal, it will be the same email as in your Paypal. 

2. Check Upper/Lower Case 

When entering your password, please pay attention to the upper- and lower-case characters (capital and small letters) 

3. Check similar-looking letters and numbers 

In an alphanumeric password, we use both letters and numbers. Pay close attention to it: is it a 0 (zero) or a letter o? Is it 1 (one) or letter l (like in lake)? Is it a capital letter I (like in India) or is it a small letter l (like in lake again)?  

TIP: The easiest way to insert your login information would be to copy and paste it using the email you received from us. When doing so, do your best to copy & paste without extra spaces before and after the login info.
